The IHD components are owned and supported by the SST.Callisto squad, as part of the Personalisation stack.

Any queries during office hours should first go to the #ask_personalisation Slack channel

Outside of office hours the support team can be reached through PagerDuty via the INC-SPORTS-PST Personalisation escalation policy.
